Description
Tanystropheus was a Triassic sea monster that spent it's life both ashore and in the sea. It's long neck only consisted of 10 vertebrae, and consisted of a third of it's 20 foot-long body. There is also fossil evidence that it's tail snapped off as a self-defense mechanism, like many modern lizards of today.

Greay drawing, I really like the perspective and the setting you have chose to place Tanystopheus into! Do you know if it was more closely related to dinosaurs than other aquatic sea monsters?
